Project Accountant Limassol

The successful candidate will be responsible to assist in securing the investment portfolio’s wealth, analyze investment diversification and optimal estate planning, liaise heavily with auditors, advisors, bankers, lawyers, analysts, accountants and authorities and handle various important elements of large projects, including project and trust/ company accounting, analyze relevant financial information and report key issues/ milestones to management
The right candidate will also handle, as required, various affairs regarding investments, moveable and immovable property and other assets, handle and resolve tax issues in coordination with lawyers and tax advisors, internally and externally as well as assist with implementation of agreed investment strategies and incorporation of investment vehicles.
The selected candidate will also manage ledgers, invoice/posting processes, supplier payments, banking arrangements and intra-group reconciliations as well as maintain companies’ and trusts’ books and records, ensuring proper company resolutions and other legal documents are properly prepared and filed
Qualifications:
• Qualified Accountant (ACCA,ACA, CPA) with work experience in a similar role
• Degree educated (preferably in accounting or business related)
• Experience with accounting databases
• Fluency in English and knowledge in Greek languages is needed

• Highly ethical, trustworthy, reliable, discreet, dynamic, with the ability to work under pressure
• Strong diplomatic personality
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Decision making abilities and initiative
• Excellent planning and communication skills
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office Packages)
