Payroll Administrator Nicosia

Preparation and processing of four weekly payroll for over 120 employees.
Review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets.
Supervision of 2 assistants.
Track and deduct all private expenses/advances and other special payroll deductions.
Responsible for the coordination between payroll and human resources department to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data.
Handle the administration of the (electronic) timekeeping system. Setup each employee, monitor submissions of approved timesheets, ensure valid data transfers to/from payroll service.
Establish/maintain employee records; ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis.
Process approved payroll listing and amounts for transmittal to the bank to processes direct fund deposit to individual bank accounts of the employees.
finacial reporting (quarterly/annually/ad-hoc).
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in English.
LCCI Higher graduate or higher.
Experience with accounting system.
2-4 years relevant working experience in a similar position.
Advanced computer knowledge in excel, word.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Interpret corporate documents such as payroll procedures and policies.
Strong organisational, problem solving and time management skills.
