The successful candidate will deal with company and trust law matters.
Ensure compliance with local rules and regulations.
Draft all legal documentation.
Liaise with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors.
Ensure that a company complies and operates in accordance with statutory and legal provisions.
Handling the registration of companies:
Formation, corporate affairs
Maintaining and keeping up to date all the Secretarial Files of the Cyprus based entities of the Group.
Handling the client portfolio concerning power of attorney, bank accounts.
Number of persons required: 2
The ideal candidate will have any of the following qualifications:
Excellent knowledge of the English language.
Knowledge of Russian Language will be considered an advantage.
At least 2 years of advisory experience in company law.
Relevant Legal Degree; LLB and/or LLM.
